I joined the electrical energy management group (EEMG) at the University of Bristol as a Lecturer in 2011 after receiving my PhD degree in 2010 from Tsinghua University and became a Professor in 2017 (Senior Lecturer 2015, Reader 2016). I also hold the Royal Academy of Engineering/Safran Chair in Advanced Aircraft Electrical Power Generation Systems.
