Research summary

My key research interests include prostate cancer and other cancer sites, behaviour change, intervention studies, unhealthy lifestyle behaviours, inequalities, improving access to health care services and tobacco control.

I achieved chartered status as a Practioner Psychologist from the Health and Care Professions Council and qualified as a Health Psychologist through the British Psychological Society in 2011. I was awarded my PhD from the University of Bath in 2010, which explored the implications of smoke-free legislation for NHS stop smoking services. Prior to this I completed an MSc in Health Psychology at the University of Bath (2006) and a BSc in Psychology from the University of the West of England (2004).
