Personal profile

I am a Lecturer of Human Resource Management and Future of Work at the School of Management, University of Bristol, UK.

I hold a PhD in Business & Management Studies from the University of Huddersfield. My doctoral case study research focused on Leadership and Talent Identification strategies in UK Public and Private sector organizations. Prior to joining University of Bristol's School of Management in 2018, I worked as a tutor in Business & Management studies in the Department of Management at the University of Huddersfield.

Current research and teaching interests include Strategic Human Resource Management & Talent Management , Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business & Management studies, International Human Resource Management and Sustainability, Employability studies and Strategy.
