Dr. Frances Giampapa is a Senior Lecturer in Education (TESOL/Applied Linguistics). Using linguistic ethnography, her research focuses on the migration, language and identities nexus across multilingual contexts.
Dr. Frances Giampapa is a Senior Lecturer in Education (TESOL/Applied Linguistics), specialising in Critical - Sociolinguistics and Applied Linguistics. She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a B.A. Honours in Linguistics, and a Masters in Italian Linguistics for which she was awarded an Australian Postgraduate Research Award & the M.A.K. Halliday scholarship in Applied Linguistics.
