MFL NQT trends: successful integration of new teachers into the profession.
Carmen is a successful educator, who has had the opportunity to develop as a Spanish and French teacher in a variety of contexts, not only in different types of schools and roles, but also across the full ability range.
In her role as head of department, she made significant contributions to the expansion of Spanish in one of the Partnership schools. She also occupied the position of KS3 Strategy School Coordinator, having as the main focus the implementation of Assessment for Learning. Carmen also has considerable mentoring experience having worked with NQTs.
